Why, you make hobbit homes out of them! Most pine trees ruined by the hurricane are cut down to stumps. When you remove the stump, it leaves a huge hole in the ground so my FIL's lady friend came up with an interesting way to decorate the stumps.
The building in the background is for the fish pond. My FIL and his lady friend love their fish and feed them every day. It grew from a platform to a covered platform and now it had sides, windows, and air conditioning. The project grew so big that they had to hire people to fix the foundation because it got so heavy that it started to sink into the pond.
It's a lovely view from the pond.
